Software applications
that we use include all of the MS Office applications,

and graphics scanning products. Some of the graphics
products we use are Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, Visio,
Paintbrush, iPhoto Plus, Paintshop Pro, Corel, SnagIt,
VIP (Video Capture), and Cadence. We use Dreamweaver
to develop web pages for Internet and Intranet. Additional
specialists are recruited on a project basis when necessary.
Bob
Strickland has been analyzing
business processes and writing professionally
for 20+ years. As a manager of a wholesale
office, he personally developed all training
and technical documentation to support a national
sales staff. A graduate microbiologist, he was
a partner in a scientific consultation company
that provided product research, formulation,
writing, and marketing assistance to client companies.
He has written six books on a variety of subjects
and has been a contributing writer for six periodicals.
He is a decent copywriter, script developer,
and cartoonist, too.
Sue
Strickland has been analyzing
business processes and writing professionally
for 20+ years. As a manager/supervisor
of a large townhome cooperative, she personally
handled all marketing, personnel, budget, and
daily operations. Sue spent many years with
Bernstein/Rein Advertising, serving as account
executive, traffic manager, production artist,
copywriter, and media buyer. She was a partner
in her own advertising and marketing firm,
handling all phases of the operation, including
development
of comprehensive marketing plans, operations
manuals, employee training manuals, and audiovisual
presentations (including animation) for client
companies. She is a marvelous realist artist
and a fine abstractionist.
